8/8/13: morning shift-> go sheng shiong-> home alone-> late lunch-> watch tv-> workout upper back & chest-> bathe-> sleep-> morning shift. hari raye pertama yng tak bermakna. haha.. takpe nari lepas keje raye rumah jb.
