The good ol' days

I remember a particular time when I was especially happy, it was:

when I took photos with my former teammates. I was handling over to them a box of chocolate. It was like an awards ceremony. Raj, Haziq and Razak shooks hands with me individually while holding it. I was like an ASP or a senior officer. It was amusing. Well, it was for fun memories.

Sometimes I feel really excited, but one time that stands out is when:

I took an airplane to Langkawi during my long vacation. That was just last week. Well, I was 10 years since I went aboard an airline. When it took off from Changi International Airport, I really felt similar to the time I took the Mummy roller coaster ride at Universal Studios Sentosa. I really hate the sudden velocity.

I remember times when a person said something to me or treated me in such a way that it made a positive difference in my life, and one of those times was when:

I was working with Team Bravo while I was already in Team Alpha. It was night shift at sentry. Raj just came out of security control room. He came out with a paper in his hand. Those was printed daily roosters that I had made when I was with Team Bravo. Raj complimented on my roosters. Said that they are far better than anyone else. I realized that I have a potential in becoming a planner.

A time when I felt really special to someone was when I:

received a message from a former girl friend. It reads, “I miss you.” I felt really connected with her. Well, it was very random and at an unpredictable timing. I felt that I want to be with her forever. The first true and last. But sadly like most relationships it didn't last long. It's a strange one, because I didn't really know what made her want to forget me.

Self matters companion chapter 1:

Which kind of person are you:

The one who wants to revive that glorious old moment

OR

the one who looks for a new adventurous, glorious moment?

Well, is life about re-runs?

When, at times life makes you feel very excited. But there was this one which stands out...

it was the first time I made eye-contact with this girl. She was sitting in front of me and I was standing a few meters from her. She gave me a shy smile. I think it reads: thank god I'm done with work. erm, hi there sweety. i'm so in a good mood and your presence makes it even better. muacks!

And at that moment she was the most adorable girl i've ever came cross.

The Ten: Day 3

Finally managed to get my butts up and head for the gym. I've gained another kilo!

The bad thing about getting a touchscreen portable device: you need both hands. One to hold and another one to tap the screen. Not so macho anymore eh with both hands?

Still doing research on mkv to avi converters:

Prism: the converted avi video is too big. Up to 16GB for a 110min video!

YoutubeDownloader: looks great on OPTIMAL quality. However, audio lost sync at towards the end of the movie. Near perfection.

iSkySoft: watermark can't be removed! also, cannot forward or rewind while playing in the mp3.

Creative centrale: can't convert mkv directly. mkv to mp4 to wmv.

The Ten: Day 2

Cycling all around woodlands. I was happy that my sister just got out of the hospital. She is doing well. We as a family also celebrated mom's birthday at Eatzi SAFRA Sembawang.

Still finding a great converting format from mkv to avi. Converting video takes lots of virtual memory.

I miss the garfield back at work. Chubby with big eyes. I want to hug it all day long.
