(annoy you. hahahah *peace*) my werk fren say my bike is a gd catch. 2nd hand but looks new :) 2 sets, 30 seconds of: push ups crunches 5kg bicep curls leg raises side crunches bridge plank burpes.. (10 seconds rest in between) my usual home workout. used to do this at least 3 times a week.. but recently naik malas pulak. haha. i didnt come up with this idea myself. it was my fren @AlimIsMyName who suggested. but initially, only 4 types of workout instead of 7 you will always feel better about yourself, when you observe other people who are handicapped or mentally challenged. stunning looks will fade over time, but some ladies will age gracefully and become beautiful mothers.
