"What's good for you"


"What's good for you" is an Australia television program about health, lifestyle and fitness.

A few of the stuff I watched and learnt:

EXERCISING during the morning is the best time to lose weight.

Exercising during the evening is the best time to gain weight (muscle mass).

Exercising at any time is better than not exercising at all!

TO HAVE a six pack, you'll have to lose the fat above your stomach.

Two of those of the best ways are: cardiovascular workout and watching over your diet (no alcohol drinks, no soft drinks, no oily food. Strictly healthy meat and stuff...)

Doing lots of sit-ups and ab machine exercises still won't lose that fat on top of your six pack!!
