To improve sleep!

1. have darkness. Light, even a little, signals your brain to wake up.
2. have low temperature. Better conductive to sleep.
3. don't change your bed time, even on weekends. To improve sleep rhythm.
4. use the toilet right before bed.
5. avoid sweets snacks before bed. Sugar delays sleep.
6. socks. Researchers say these will reduce night wakings.
7. put away your work an-hour before bed. Relaxes and clears the mind.
8. Listen to relaxing music.
9. Exercise in the day, but not right before sleep.
